TNC course “Applications of processes with supercritical fluids to agro food industry”

The last week (July 12-16th) has been carried out the teaching of the course Applications of processes with supercritical fluids to agro food industry defined into the Training Network Courses actions formation organized by ceiA3. The course has been carried out during 35 hours and celebrated in Faculty of Science, in the facilities of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology Department. During the seasons, extraction, impregnation, and formation and particle encapsulation techniques were explained since agro field point of view, and professors and researchers of the group assigned to ceiA3 Analyses and Design of Processes with Supercritical Fluids-TEP128 contributed with their perspectives and experiences. The academy director of the course was Dr. Antonio Montes Herrera.
