Past 24 th Noviembre 2019 has taken place the presentation of II Prize of Investigation “Eduardo Pérez”, recognized as one of the best important award around the world for the promotion of investigation in the olive tree and olive oil field, whose winner project has been  «Valorization of olive leaves using sustainable processes based on high pressure utilization », done by “Analysis and Process Design with supercritical fluids” group from Chemical Engineering and food technology deparment of University of Cádiz, leaded by the professor  Mr. Enrique J. Martínez de la Ossa Fernández and composed by the researchers: Mr. José María Abelleira Pereira, Mr. Pau Casademont Lanzat, Mrs. Lourdes Casas Cardoso, Mrs. Cristina Cejudo Bastante, Mrs. María Belén García Jarana, Mrs. Manuela Iglesias Vázquez, Mr. Casimiro Mantell Serrano, Mr. Antonio Montes Herrera, Mrs. Clara María Pereyra López, Mr. Juan Ramón Pórtela Miguélez, Mrs. Jezabel Sánchez Oneto from Chemical Engineering and food technology deparment of University of Cádiz

The prize of investigation  “Eduardo Pérez” is organized by San José de Lora de Estepa cooperative together with Certificate of Origin Estepa and International Excellence Agrifood Campus (CeiA3).The competition which was created in 2017, give the highest economic amount  (8.000 €)  at national level.
